Description
The lower portion of the oesophagus shows a number of linear ulcers; there is a general reddening
of the upper part of the mucosa.
History
This young man swallowed several ounces of Mercurochrome and later took an overdose
of Dothiepin. Death occurred some seventeen hours after ingestion of the Mercurochrome.
